Question Black screen on startup

When I was gaming my psu cable got bumped slightly and disconnected from the psu. When I started my pc back up again the bios and windows loading screen opened up like normal and then there was about thirty to a minute worth of the screen being blank. I just wanted to know if this is just my pc not picking up my monitor as a source or if I have some damaged components because of it. Also is there any program that I could download to check the health of my parts to see if anything bad happened.
