[SOLVED] Black screen on windows startup with upper left blinking white line.

So i just installed a new rear fan and two bottom fans tic muni con and after a couple of boot ups to make sure the fans are working I hooked everything back up and tried to launch my new pc again and boom black screen after power up for a small time I can open my bios it seems fine rom might ya mother board with the delete button any help at all would be great thank you.

Please try Clearing the CMOS (assuming it's a desktop computer), and if that doesn't help, please try Booting in Safe Mode, and then Run the SFC /SCANNOW Command to fix the issue.

Check your sata and power cable to your drive. you may have bumped them when installing your fans.
