black screen problem

hi, im new, so the problem is i have a blackscreen on my computer when i press the power button. nothing happens black screen, i cant see anything. I guess ita cuz of drivers not loaded
plz help me🙁 and yes i have monitor connected and worked time ago but now nothing works i cant do anything just to smash keyboard

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to unplug the PC off the wall outlet then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it will not boot up, turn it off again then reseat the RAM's, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure that everything is seated properly.
- Next to try if it will still not boot up is to try a different monitor or cable.
- If it will still not boot up and if you're using a dedicated GPU, remove it first then use the onboard GPU of the motherboard and see if it will work.
- If all these will not work then the problem is the motherboard.
