Black screen problem

So i have problem when i try to turn on my computer everything runs etc but i dont get signal to my monitor. I've tried one ram, without hard drives, with cooler and without and waited like 5minutes after i turned it on.
Specs:
Motherboard: MSI B350 Tomahawk
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600x 3.6 GHz
CPU Cooler: Corsair Cooling Hydro H110i
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666mhz (16Gb)
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6Gb
PSU: Corsair VS650

Your power supply could be the problem. Does your GPU fan spin up when you turn the PC on? What does the monitor show - no signal, no input, etc?

Also, try using a different port on your GPU, and if that does not work, either try using a different GPU, or use the current GPU in a different PC that is working for sure. If it works there, your PSU is most likely the problem(could be motherboard as well). If it doesn't work there either, then the GPU is faulty.

Yes my GPU fans are spinning my monitor says no signal and GPU is working on another computer too. I tried to another gpu but didn't help

Alright, then it's either the PSU or the motherboard. The only wayto check between these two would be to use this PSU in another PC with similar power requirements. If you can't do that, best you take it to a nearby HW store and ask them to test it or something. If you can't do that either, just return the PSU and get it replaced(if it's under warranty).
