Black screen problem

When i open my windows 7 a black screen appears and startup repair,system restore and safe mode is not working what can i do?

Your drive may be going bad, remove your drive, get a new one and install Windows clean on that. Then you can use an external USB enclosure to copy your files from the original drive.
