Black screen randomly when playing games

So when i play demanding games my pc screen goes black but can still hear the game,until the sound loop comes and then follows restart.My temperatues are ok ,gpu 65 C when gaming .I really need a solution please help

Video: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 2 gb
Proccesor: Intel core i5-4460 CPU@3.20GHz
Ram: 8 gb

Did you make sure that all the drivers are up to date?

I have had this problem in the past, first, to reiterate, make sure all of your drivers are the most up-to-date version.
And Secondly, as I have seen before, disable the windows Aero effects and window animations, for some reason this does not play well with some games even when they are in fullscreen mode.

Let me know as well, when you are playing a game and the screen goes black, is it an illuminated black or a dead black? When this happens try hitting the Windows key and see if your taskbar pops up on that window, if it does we know it is an issue with the windowing.
