Solution
What you are describing is a typical heat and/or power issue. It could also be a symptom of a failing GPU.

Do you have access to another PSU and GPU that you can swap in/out for testing?

What are the specs for this system (make/model of all installed components), especially the power supply (PSU)?
Here are my specs :
I5 4590
16gigs ram
Thermaltake 650w psu

Forgot to mention that when this happens and i restart my pc the gpu is disabled i need to go to device manager to enable it back

Is your display connected directly to the RX 580 video ports or to one of your motherboard video ports? Should be connected to the RX 580.

Also, what model is your PSU? Specifics matter. The info is on a label on the side of the PSU itself (open case if necessary).

Yes its connected to my rx 580 not the motherboard since i have no hdmi ports in moba
For the psu it says litepower thermaltake 650w
Model ltp-650al2nk
Input voltage 230v
Input current 9A

How old is your PSU?

Are you overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?

What are your CPU and GPU operating temperatures at idle and under load?

This statement was why I asked about what your display was attached to "Forgot to mention that when this happens and i restart my pc the gpu is disabled i need to go to device manager to enable it back".

This is certainly odd behavior. Are your motherboard chipset and AMD video drivers fully up to date?

Its really odd , i have never overclocked anything the temps seems fine in idle i get 34c for the cpu and 27c for the gpu and when underload gpu goes up to 70c while the cpu goes up to 67c

Also i tried loading unigine heaven benchmark to see if it works and yeah it worked fine no crashes
I bought the psu back in 2019

Temps are okay. Understood on OCing.

Age of PSU (it is not the best TT PSU)? Drivers updated, as previously mentioned?

If not sure, you can update Intel drivers easily here:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

AMD drivers here:

https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580

You don't have to use DDU before upgrading to newer AMD drivers. The installer will clean up what it needs to.

BTW, is Windows fully updated? What version are you running?

I can try and test my gpu on a friends pc and see if its the problem if its not it could be the psu right ?
But what about stress testing i mean i did that and nothing happened no crash no stutters gpu ran fine
