Question Black screen unlesse I reset {Motherboard battery] the BIOS..

I have a really strange problem. The pc often turns on, but stays with a black screen. Sometimes if I reset it, It will run just fine, but sometimes I have to take out and put back in the little battery in the motherboard. Don't ask me how I found this solution...
The battery is new, and the problem was already present before I changed it.
I'm usually a pretty self sufficient guy, but this one has me really stumped.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs, like so:

Ram:
SSD/HDD:

Chassis:
OS:

Include the version of the OS you're on if it's Windows 10. Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?
