Hello,
So my friend has been having this issue for like 2 days now. Every time he reboots his PC, he is met with a black with a black screen and occasionally a "no signal" error on his monitor. From what he told me, the only way he managed to bypass this issue is by resetting the CMOS battery on his motherboard. Something that managed to solve that problem was enabling "Game Boost" on his motherboard which resolved the issue for a while, but still it wasn't a permanent fix to the problem.
Feel free to request any additional information and sorry for the vague description. I have never seen a similar issue.
