black screen when booting up pc

I have a Gigabyte GA-AB350M-DS3H and DeepCool TX Mid Tower TESSERACT SW when I turn on the pc for 10 mins the monitor says no signal.also, there is a short beep when turned on. not sure if this helps, but the motherboard lights are on but one strip is a bit dimmer than the other strips.

One short beep on a AMI BIOS Gigabyte board is memory error. Try reseating and testing with 1 module of RAM, then the other. See if this makes any difference. Then follow all of the steps below:
