Black Screen when don't do anything for long time on PC or when PC wakes up from sleep mode

When I don't do anything on PC for long time monitor goes black and it cannot turn on again, if I restart PC it works again normally till same thing happened. Also when PC wakes up from sleep mode monitor goes black and cannot turn on again(Screen isn't true black like when the monitor is turned off, I see little white light faded on corners of screen....)

So where is problem, in graphics card, monitor or sys?

I think it's not graphics card because I play games normally and nothing happens when playing some demanding games like Battlefield 1, Mirror's Edge Catalyst etc..

what CPU do you have, is your PSU compatible with its sleep states?
some intel CPUs have specific low power requirements (sleep states) that not every PSU can support, and so the PC will go to sleep and require a hard reboot.
