Black screen when gaming

My computer screen will begin to flicker with black lines across the screen in different places for several seconds and then the entire screen will go black, once it even went white. The computer keeps running, but it have to reset the pc in order to get signal back to the monitor. I happens within 5 minutes of playing even when using MSI Afterburner to monitor temps.
The pc can run for hours with no complications, but the moment i try and play a video on Youtube or play a game, it happens.
I've reseated the ram and air dusted the entire rig, I checked all the connections, I wiped the computer and started from scratch and reinstalled all drivers and windows updates and it still happens.
I have no extra components to swap to test individual parts and I don't have the budget to just start buying a bunch of new parts.... any help will greatly be appreciated.

use hardware info set it to logging and sensor see if your 12v rail is holding
