Question Black screen when installing amd driver

I have problem i was playing my games and every thing was fine but when i restart the desktop i got that problem random color show on screen and the pc keep restarting i tried to reinstall amd driver but every time i install the driver the screen went black i got the problem with windows 10 but the driver work fine with windows 7 but i need windows 10
