Black screen when installing drivers

It all suddenly happend when I was playing fortnite and for some reason I was getting a black screen. I restarted my PC and after the windows loading screen I was getting a black screen.

I've tried to install my drivers many times, but I'm getting black screen. When I have a black screen I can't do anything. After restarting my pc I see my windows system loading and in the login screen my screen is black. Even trying to load to safe mode I'm getting a black screen. So I placed my ssd on my laptop and used DDU to uninstall the drivers. I placed it back in to the PC and installed the drivers again black screen.

GPU R9 290x asus matrix
PSU Seasonic 620w
CPU FX 8350

I think your graphics card has failed or have you tried a different monitor?

No I haven't tried another monitor I dont think my gpu has failed

Try a different video cable.

Go into the BIOS and try resetting to the defaults.

I tried hdmi and reseted my bios still gives me black screen

try the gpu in another machine. you have to figure out tests to eliminate the good stuff. if you cannot, take it to a shop.
