[SOLVED] Black screen when launching games

Ever since I installed AMD Radeon RX 560 4GB I get black screen when launching games. When I turn off and then on my monitor, the screen goes from black to green. I have installed the latest drivers. What could be the problem?

I fixed it.
Turns out I forgot to plug in the cable that goes from PSU to GPU.
