Black Screen When Recording Fullscreen Games With EVERY Recorder

I have done everything that I can to try and fix it (disable aero, etc, etc) and nothing online seems to fix my problem:

No matter which screen recorder I use and how I use it, it is completely impossible for me to record fullscreen games on my computer.

All I get is a black screen and sound.

I have tried Dxtory, OBS, Fraps, Camtasia, everything. All programs, the same problem, no matter which settings I fiddle with or if I follow steps online.

Has anyone else had a problem like this or can anyone else help me with my problem?

Thanks.

I'm using Windows 7 and literally all I am running is the game, and the recording software. Everything else is completely turned off.

(Also I accidentally freaking pressed solve... great.)

Tried both of those, neither worked.

What are you using to run the games? Are they standalone or Steam or Origin games? What games have you tried? The ingame overlay with Origin and Steam counts as an overlay and will result in black screen recording. Running multiple recorders at once will also result in blackscreen recording. As example, when I stream (with OBS) I have to close Bandicam before opening OBS or I get a black screen, I believe this is due to the hooking of Bandicam. Not sure if FRAPS blocks other recorders but it uses similar hooking.

Every single game is a black screen. Minecraft/Steam games/Origin games/everything if it has fullscreen capabilities. I don't have two recorders open at once.

Edit: I have just found out that changing the ingame setting to 720p makes the video show up, however it shows the desktop "underneath" it. I can send a photo if you don't quite understand what I mean.

Edit: I have been playing around with some of my ingame settings and it doesn't look like the resolution is the problem - it's one of the graphical options. I'm trying to figure out which one now. I'm so close to fixing it! :)

FOUND THE SOLUTION! > FOR SOME REASON IF I ENABLE MULTISAMPLING ANTI-ALIASING MODE THE GAME WILL NOT RECORD FULLSCREEN!

However, I'm not sure if all games have this option... So... not sure what to do there. As far as I can tell, this only works for CS:GO
