Question Black screen when trying to load operating system

Pc black screen and 2of4 ram not lighting up

*intel i7 10700k cpu
*corsair rm850e watt psu
*asus tuff gaming z490 motherboard
*Msi rtx 3060 ventus 2x OC gpu
*four 8 gb cosair rgb vengeance pro 3200mhz
* m.2 1tb nvme Kingston
*cool master air cooler
*antec dark leak case df600 flux
*windows 10 pro

Pc will boot to asus tuff gaming loading screen and then black screen, I can get into bios but that’s it, only one black and one grey ram slots light up although all 4 register in bios , no lights on motherboard such as vga , only lights are the motherboard back leds. I upgraded most everything but the case and motherboard , and installed a new operating system. It was working at friends after installing 2 times. Not sure if it’s the motherboard. Or what’s going on. Please help
