Black screen when using i5 3350p

I have an intresting problem with a PC that I am currently building - there is no video when using i5 3350p.

I recently made a build (for an office PC) using very budget parts:

Motherboard: H61M-DG3
CPU: i5 3350p
GPU: Radeon HD 6670
RAM: DDR3 4GB, 1 stick, Kingston
PSU: Antec V450P
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500GB w/Win7

+ generic USB keyboard, mouse, headphones and ethernet cable.

So, here comes the fun part. I put everything together, applied thermal paste, put a cooler on a CPU. It boots, shows BIOS, shows Windows screen and before it even got to anything else... it goes black. Like, totally black screen.

So, let's check it.

1. Tried putting 3 different size RAM DIMMs in both ports, in every configuration, single and double, no change.
2. Tried booting with nothing except CPU, GPU and PSU - nothing.
3. Resetting CMOS, nothing. Removing battery for 20 minutes, nothing.
4. Chainging GPU to my old 550Ti - nothing.
5. Chainging PSU to my Hamburg 530w and to my backup Fractal Desing 650w - nothing.
6. Checked manual again, nothing.
7. Checked compatiblity - CPU support list shows i5 3350p avalible in every BIOS version, including the base one, so it's not a problem with BIOs not supporting Ivy.
8. Checked thermal paste - seems fine. Check fan - it works. Cooler - checked 3 times, it sits firmly. Removed, cleaned and put again - nothing changed.
9. Plug in all cables once more, still nothing.
10. Checked ALL components, save for CPU, in my other two systems. After few hours, it was obvious everything is absolutely fine.

So, I managed to find a Celeron G 530, and plugged it in. Surprise - it works! No problems at all, and the HD 6670 card works perfectly.

It seems that when putting my i5 3350p, the system just... does not recognise GPU? But why?

It's so strange, I'm lost. I'm not the most experienced person when it comes to PC's (unlike you guys), but I built 4 computers up until now, altough this is my first 1155; I made sure I was grounded before working, nothing touched motherboard. Everything seemed fine, despite being used parts.
(Despite my cat's desperate attempt to sit on motherboard for some strange reason, I managed to remove him form the room before he touched anything, and dog was too busy sleeping after a long walk to even think about it).
Thermal paste - I used two, one being generic Pactrum PT-2, but I also used Coolermaster's one to check and everything stays the same. Yes, I also tried to clean it and apply again, just in case.

I would appreciate it if anyone could help be, because frankly I have absolutely no idea what's going on. If you need everything else, ask :).

PS. English is not my first language, so if you see any grammar errors, let me now ;).

Solution

So the 3350p doesn't work at all no matter what right?
Then yeah, I go back to the the "the 3350p is broke" statement.

Well, my mistake I wasn't clear enough, serves me right for writing so late. When booting for the FIRST time, it happened. Since then, it's only black screen, no more BIOS or anything. I cannot even get to BIOS, let alone Windows installation screen no matter if using DVD or pendrive.

One more thing - my display shows that it's connected (no "no signal error" like when cable is not connected to a PC), but it doesn't turn on like it was showing something. LED keeps blinking slowly like it's connected to a turned off PC. Usually, when turning on PC, LED is constantly blue, and it only blinks when PC is turned OFF.
Which makes no sense.

That's what I thought. But is it even possible for a damaged CPU to give such weird effect? I mean, it's not "PC does not turn on", there are no beeps or errors, so how can CPU make GPU not show any video on the screen? I'm at loss here. Any other ideas?

Uhhh, is the video cable plugged into THE MOTHERBOARD or THE GPU?
Because the i5 doesn't have integrated graphics, so you can't use the motherboard with it insalled, but the Celeron DOES have integrated graphics, so it would work.

With the Celeron you should go into the BIOS and see what the setttings for the default graphics adapter are set for, they should be on Auto or PCIE.

Into the GPU, fortunately I'm not THAT bad with computers ;). Yeah, they're set to Auto.

However, with Celeron plugged in, GPU works. Integrated GPU too. With 3350p, GPU does not work and of course there is not integrated GPU.
