Black Screen While Gaming After Installing New GPU

Hello, after installing my new RX 580 8GB I hopped on and started gaming... almost immediately I noticed my monitor was going black and static over and over again... I cannot seem to find an answer to this issue if anyone has any suggestions please comment them
Pc Specs
CPU: Ryzen 3 1300x
8 gb DDR4 2400mhz
GPU: Rx 580 8 GB
PSU: 600 W

When exactly does this issue occur? Can you get into Windows fine?

It happenes randomly when gaming and yes windows works normally when not gaming

- Did you uninstall your old graphics card drivers in safe mode with display driver uninstaller? This is a good method to avoid graphics card driver problems which it sounds like you have. Did you upgrade from a previous Radeon or nVIDIA card?

- How are your CPU and graphics card temps at idle? How about in game? HWinfo can give you accurate temps.

Yes I did uninstall them, and I upgraded from an Nvidia card. My temps are normal at idle and a little high in game

Do you think it would fix itself by just resetting the pc

It won't help if there is a physical issue with the new card. Reset is sort of a last resort.

I would start by safe mode DDU uninstalling the 580 Radeon drivers completely, uninstalling the card, reinstalling the previous card, and installing the drivers for the older card. If the problem goes away you will know it's the 580 that is causing the system problems and we will have isolated the issue.
