Question Black screen while pc is still running

I have 2 brand new computers with pretty much same specs.

PC #1:
AMD ryzen 2600
ASUS B450M-A
G.Skill Aegis 2x8GB 3000MHz
Seasonic SnowSilent 750W fully modular
ASUS RX 580 DUAL-RX580-O8G
Case: CoolerMaster Q300L
OS: Windows 10

PC #2:
AMD ryzen 2600
ASUS B450M-A
G.Skill Ripjaws 2x8GB 3200MHz
Seasonic SnowSilent 750W fully modular
ASUS RX 580 DUAL-RX580-O8G
Case: CoolerMaster Q300L
OS: Ubuntu 18.04

On both computers in BIOS D.O.C.P is selected according to the ram MHz used.

Problem:
When one of the machines crashes and by saying crashes I mean screen turns black, sound is looping, numlock is not working, it keeps running. The weird thing is that this exact same problem happens on both machines!

User of computer #1 reports that it only happens while playing CS:GO (it also happened while installing the steam!). Since it is the only thing he plays, can't assure that it happens on other games too. On linux machine same crash also happened while installing steam.

Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

D.O.C.P is actually not the factory settings for your RAM. I'd recommend you search the exact specifications for the RAM modules and manually input it into your BIOS. Or use automatic ram settings for now.

Timings, MHz and voltage matched by default, so I think it should be ok

Disabling D.O.C.P solved the problem. Now ram run at 2666Mhz and problem seems to be solved.

Problem still persists. PC #1 running on 2666Mhz ram gets random screen blackouts, but restores after couple of seconds and continues working. PC #2 still gets random black screens and needs to be restarted. Any ideas?
