Question Black screen with a freeze for a couple of seconds, and games crash

The screen turns black for a few seconds, the computer freezes, it does not turn off, and after the screen lights up, I can continue to work, but most games crash after that, crashes randomly, but often, sometimes every 2 mins, the same happens with unreal engine 4, it crashes with a freeze.

My specs:

psu: Chieftec GPS-750C 750W RTL

ssd: SanDisk SDSSDA-960G-G26

cpu: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X

gpu: PALIT nVidia GeForce RTX 2060 , PA-RTX2060 GAMINGPRO OC 6G

ram: 16Gb DDR4 3000MHz G.Skill Aegis (F4-3000C16S-16GISB)

motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty B450 GAMING K4

Is this a problem that has suddenly started to happen recently?
Start with updating all drivers - mobo chipset/gpu drivers.
What antivirus are you using?
Have you checked the temperatures of your CPU/GPU under idle and load?
Are you overclocking your system?
Have you recently updated your OS?

This is a new pc, I assembled it a week ago. All drivers are up to date(I used Driver Booster 6), my antivirus is Advanced SystemCare 12, it was freezing with a black screen and game crashing before I had installed it, I think that I've bought overclocked GPU(PALIT nVidia GeForce RTX 2060 , PA-RTX2060 GAMINGPRO OC 6G), I didn't know that it overclocked version, temperature of GPU and CPU is fine, I use my antivirus to find out it
