Black screen with blinking cursor in the top left

I have an Alienware Aurora r3 and it was working fine till a few days ago where now it boots to a black screen I tried reinstalling windows and putting in a different hard drive witch I know it works since I tried it in another PC then I checked the ran and nothing. Later I ran a diagnosis test and got Error code 2000-0145 I don't know how to fix this and this is my only good pc
