Question Black screen with buzzing noise

When ever I play a game, it stutters then black screens with a buzzing noise coming out the speaker. I re installed gpu drivers and it was fine for 2 days without problem. Today it happened again and it came back.
A10 7800 cpu
R9 390x
500w 80plus white
16gb ram

see if it does it on generic gpu driver and you could use gpu-z rendering option to stress test gpu also the full name and model of this psu .

This is the psu, I have reinstalled 3 different and drivers and it still happens

Today it also just crashed after a hour of watching YouTube nothing else, black screen.
