Black screen with cmd

Hi, ive been playing Cs and minecraft and noticed my ping is higher than usual so i let it be for a week and still the ping is high so i thought it was a virus cuz my pc yad i virus b4 so i scanned it w/ avast and malwarebytes and after Malwarebyte finished i killed all the virusand my pc restarted thought it was bothing and now when i start my pc its a black screen w/ cmd any fixes? Without having to renstall windows?

Btw its just black no bothing but the cursor and cmd not wven the thing below the hotbar?

Forgot to mwntion that if i wait long enough a malwarebyte thing pops out idk if that has smthin to do with it or wat. I also tried the last known good configuration and that ended up the same way
