So today when I booted my PC (it runs on Windows 8.1) and logged in the screen was black with only the cursor showing. Only keyboard command that works is ctrl alt delete.
This is not the first time that this has happened to me, however the other times I could fix it via restore to a previous point. This time it didn't work. I also tried with chkdsk commands in CMD, but nothing. Safe mode doesn't work either.
Any ideas on how to fix it?
