Hello again People of the tech community,
I have made another mistake
I had my mistakenly taken the premission of the System32 folder in the C directory under the "Windows" Folder. I have a registry installed that takes ownership of a file/folder in one click. By mistakenly I thought I had done the right thing that restarted to make sure everything is ok. And there is when the black screen and cursor come in to action. The cursor moves but nothing happens. No left/right clicks or task mager. No virus and I can't afford to buy another PC
. Plus my graphics driver toke me a week to find. I also have no backup because I ran out of CD's :O. I needed to buy some but I was doing a bunch of intro's for some guys.

RAM: 8GB DDR3
Hard Driver: 2TB WD Green
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (Installed 2 months ago)
Monitor: LG Flatron IPS 231 (23'' 1920x1080 HD)
