So I have this old mobo that I do benchmarks with old cpus like core 2 duo's and pentium 4s, but the screen is black when the system boots. Everything is " spinin' " but i get no image ( not even BIOS ). If i put my VGA cable right in the motherboard VGA connector ( onboard graphics ) and i remove the GTX 750 it works and I can boot into windows. But if i just put my GTX in the pci-e connector and I don't use ANY connector ( HDMI , VGA, Display-Port ) the screen is still black.
So....
GTX physically Installed with HDMI/VGA cable connected to it > Black Screen
GTX Not physically installed and the VGA goes right in the motherboard> Booting in windows
GTX physically installed, no cables in it, VGA still in the motherboard> Black Screen.
The PSU is the same that I use for my regular PC so that is not the problem.
The GTX is not broken.
The PCI-E slot is also not broken.
