Hi i get black screen with no signal while gaming pc stays on

Pc specs
--------------
Windows 10 pro 64bit
Psu b700 coolermaster 700 watt
Gpu gtx gigabyte aorus 1660ti 6g
Cpu ryzen 7 2700x
Motherboard Msi b450 gaming plus
Ram 8x8 16gb gskill
SSD sandisk ssd plus 250gb

i tried many windows 10 still same
i tried many gpu drivers
also i have updated bios
and reseated gpu,
and then tried another monitor with another hdmi cable
gpu max temp below 70 celsius when gaming
cpu below 60 celsius

Are you running any overclock or XMP at all? If so, remove it.
How long have you had the PSU? It is not great quality, so could be something to look at.
Are your RAM modules from the same physical pack?
Have you updated all your other drivers?

no overclock no xmp enabled
my psu is 2 years old
yes same pack
