Black screen with rapid white flickering and nothing happens

So i do have a problem that my LCD screen whenever i start my pc it gives me a basic black screen with white light flickering fast, happened to me twice before and the solution i found is that i had to leave it for 5~10 mins and it would start normally. Now i left it for 2 hours and it keeps just flickering with nothing displayed.

hello there i would suggest hooking up your computer to another monitor to see if the same thing happens this will tell us if its your video card or monitor; if you plug it up another monitor and same thing happens its your graphics card, if nothing happens when you plug it up to another monitor its your monitor. Hope this helps
