Black screen with sapphire r9 290 tri x

Hello i have a sapphire r9 290 tri-x since 1year but since 3 day, she display a black screen after windows logo, she has been crach during game and since she work only on safe boot or without driver. Can you help me please ?

My build :
Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 3
i5 6600
8 go g skill ripjaws v red ddr4 at 2666MHz + 16 Go crucial balistix tactical ddr4 at 2666Mhz
sapphire r9 290 tri-x

Corrupt drivers?
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

Hi i have try your solution but when I install driver she crash during.installation again and display blue screen with code : video the failure
She work perfectly before her first crash and i have reclean driver and boot without driver she work good at 1920*1080.

i had try with old driver too but same problem.
And i had try to reinstall this 5 time

i have use DDU in safe mode and install driver in normal mode

Try old drivers, like at least 5 versions older.

I will try with other driver, i have already try with 15.11

I have installed driver in safe mode, all was ok after this but when i reboot on normal mode, she crach again after windows icon.
I think that she is dead

Try that card in another PC to confirm it.
