Black Screen with sound while playing video games!

Hey this problem used to happen to me a while back but stopped and has started again since starting to play Nazi Zombie Sniper Elite 2.

What happens is at random times while playing my triple monitors will just turn to black and goes on standby but I can still hear sound and at times can still talk to people over teamspeak. I have tried alt tabbing games while at this stage but no controls work or anything. I must then turn off or reset my computer to get it back to normal.

I ruled out overheating because it happens at times where my GPU or anything else for that matter is no where near temperature limits.

I have the following:
Intel Core i7 4770K @ 3.50GHz
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 800MHz
MSI Z87 MPOWER Motherboard
Duel 3072MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 280x's
119GB CORSAIR FORCE SSD
298GB Hitachi HDT725032VLA360
931GB Seagate ST31000524AS
SuperFlower Leadex GOLD 850W

I have a triple monitor setup.
Asus VS228DE

I did try taking one of my GPU's out and was playing a game with my one GPU at 65 degrees yet it still happened.

It's either a Driver problem, or 3 monitor setup problem.Try updating your GPU drivers.If they are up to date, roll back to earlier version of the Driver.

I would begin by updating the motherboard to the newest BIOS. Some Z87 MSI boards are known to not be 100% compatible with the r9 cards out of the box on older BIOS versions.

This problem has persisted over several driver versions but ensure they where upto date and then I did try a roll back without any luck.

I also updated my bios to the newest version but this is also still no luck.

did you find any solution yet? Cause I do have the same problem only a different graphics card (Gtx780ti)
