Hi guuuuys, I come here with another problem, so.....
I changed my hard disk recently cuz it broke
And I changed it, on the new hard disk, I installed Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, then upgraded to windows 8.1 pro 64 bit, it was working very fine, no performance problems, etc... Then one day, as usual, I was on my computer and left it for a while(30 minutes) and when I came back I tried to connect my phone to it, but it(computer) was not recognizing my phone so I decided to give my PC a restart, and it was then stuck on the infinite restart loop
.
So I pressed my pc's restart button and after getting past the BIOS screen, there was it, the black screen with the white horizontal line!!!!!!
