i had a similar problem when i loaded the 56.64 drivers from nvidia.
i was using the 3d E-Dimensional glasses and some of my panel would be black
or spot ,panel and tower view would overlap.
i wrote E-Deminsional and here was thier reply:
It sounds like a problem with anti-aliasing. It could either be from the
version of the driver you have installed or for something in your settings
that needs to be fixed. Go to the stereo properties in to the 'stereo
compatibility section' and check the box that says "turn off anti aliasing
for stereo"
Also, underneath the stereo properties menu item, go to "Performance and
Quality Settings" and turn Antialiasing to OFF.

it did not work for me, so i rolled my drivers back to the existing "
45.23_win9x_english " driver.
all is well, maybe try going back a driver or two to see what happens.
it may cure the problem. goodluck!
