Hello,
I bought a secondhand asrock b450m hdv motherboard and transfered my all components to that motherboard. The components works on my previous mobo but not in this one. I already tried to clear cmos(it didn't work), I also checked ram slots and I don't think there is a fysical problem like connection issues etc. After I turn it on all fans are spinning. And I don't think that the seller sold me broken mobo. I think that it is some software issue. So if you guys have any idea, let me know please.

What were your previous system's specs? List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

So you only replaced the motherboard? If so, did you reinstall your OS and install all relevant drivers pertaining to the board you just swapped in?
