Question Black screen

Hey everyone , i've bulid my first pc but i am having some problemes when i start my pc there is no display :c
when i plug the hdmi cable to the mobo it workes
Spes :
Motherboard: MSI B250M PRO-VDH
Processor: INTEL I3 7100 3.9GHz
Graphics Card: MSI RX570 ARMOR OC 4G
Ram : 4v2gb ddr4 2400 team groupe
Power supply: LC POWER 600W
ps : my monitor supports only vga so i am connecting it with a hdmi adapter and i tried with a tv and it's the same result

plugged in the mobo u mean ? yeah and the 8 pin cables too and the fans are spinning too

i tried it's the same think
i think it's not detected cause when i started the pc the screen was black but i could hear windows sounds so i think it boots from the igpu no matter what
