Question Black screen

A problem just appear today with my computer. The screen turn black for a few seconds when I put a video full screen or when I'm playing a game. It's the first time that happen to me.
I think it's maybe the heat since it's really hot these days and I really need to clean my computer from dust. But I'm still afraid it can be a hardware issue. (Best case a PSU problem)

Here's my specs:
Motherboard: MSI B250 PC MATE
CPU: Intel i5-7500
RAM: 2x 8GB DDR4
GPU: ATI Radeon RX 480 8GB Sapphire
PSU: 750W
2 Hard drives (no SSD)
2 Monitors: An 21,5'' and an 27''

psu is a Thermaltake smart series 750W

cpu is at 45degree and the gpu is at 53degree

I have this setup for almost 2years and it just started to happen 2days ago
