Question Black screen

Hello can any one help me to fix my PC. I think I have tried every thing.

Everytime when I am turning my PC on I am getting Black screen. Only solution for this is to unplug the PC for 10 sec and turn it on again.

I have checked RAM position , CPU And updated BIOS and still the problem exist. I dont know what to do.

GPU Gigabyte GTX G1 1060 6gb
CPU i5 6600k
Ram Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 2133MHZ c13
Motherboard Gigabyte z170 gaming k3

Update- I have found the newer BIOS version and instaled it. Now the PC is turning on, and restarting over and over again. I can only Access bios now.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
