All labeled from longest to most recent
  1. installed an HDD, pc ran slightly slower but not that big of an issue (model ST2000DM008) Dsk mgmt
  2. all the BSOD's I've ever gotten all had the error code DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (i tried the troubleshooting methods to no real fix)
  3. Black screens and hard freezes (happening a lot recently with BSOD's, when it hard freezes it does keep my keypresses. Reinstalled GPU drivers with no change.)
  4. after an hour of the pc being on, if I right click a file in file explorer, it crashes.
Will try to respond and supply asap.

What is your hardware please ?
Have you checked the System Log in Event Viewer for additional error messages ?
Did you re-install the same GPU driver ? Maybe try a slightly older one
My specs are:
Processor:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Processor (8x 3.7GHZ/16MB L3 Cache)
Motherboard:
ASUS TUF X470-Plus Gaming
Memory:
16GB [8GB x 2] DDR4-2666MHz ADATA
Video Card:
GIGABYTE WINDFORCE GeForce RTX 2070 - 8GB GDDR6 (VR-Ready)
(I reinstalled GPU drivers again with no change, including fresh installs)
