How can i remove this black spots from my monitor..???

Sorry to say, but those appear to be large spots of dead pixels, which are impossible to get rid of. I would recommend getting a new display.

The only way to get rid of them is to replace the display panel which is equal to buying a new monitor in terms of cost.
