Black spot in one of the ram cells..

so I got a used 4gb Kingston XMP HyperX Blu - 4GB - 1600MHz

Looking at it now, it has a black spot in one of the yellow... "cells"
Is it safe to plug it in the mobo?

All of your "gold fingers" appear to be intact. The "missing" fingers are not there by design. Looks to be okay to me.

Got it, yeah, that's not good. I'll suggest attempting to clean it with a pencil eraser. If that is not some contaminate that you can clean off, I'll suggest returning the memory module (if possible)
