Black video overlay probelm 1080gtx

every time i load a new video / gif or alike, i get this black overlay, which is annoying. have updated my drivers.http://

alright, tried a little bit with firefox and have not been able to replicate the problem i was having, so its probably chrome then?!

The issue seemed to be with an extension i had in google chrome, "hover zoom+"

Ive noticed this happen now and again with chrome.
