[SOLVED] Black widow chroma v2 keystrokes not registering

Hey all, recently my black widow chroma v2 has had an issue. My key strokes wont register in windows. The leds are working fine, however when i type the stock rainbow backlit led goes away and a green flash appears under the key i typed. The issue stays with multiple devices. I reinstalled windows, and the drivers and even went through synapse to see if i could solve the issue. However i havent found anything. Anyone got a fix?

Meaning the same thing happens when the Chroma v2 keyboard is used on other known working computers - correct?

How old is the keyboard? Was it heavily used for gaming?

Overall my first thought is that the keyboard has failed if it does not work on any other computer.
