Anyone know how to get blacker (uv blockout) transparencies from a PC laser
printer, is there an adjustment inside the machine, what controls the amount
of toner?

Sounds like you are making PCB artwork?

It might be possible to run the print through the printer twice depending on
how fine your tracks and pads are and how lucky you are with the paper
pickup.

Perhaps you could you print two copies (one reversed) and use both together
under the UV lamp?
