Come on, the world is much bigger than America. If these US sanctioned companies goes for IPO, there will be lots of worldwide buyers given that the Chinese demand for GPU can only increase. These Chinese companies have come up with localised GPU design of their own without using western software or IP. They deserve to do well even though their product is not the best against western GPUs. As long as they are sufficient to do its task & to run games without lag, job done.
