Blackops x48 motherboard and q9450

I am having a devil of a time getting this set-up to run stable at even at mild OC settings. Anybody have this set-up and bios settings they'd be willing to share?

Everyone's settings will be different. Have you read the How To sticky?

Thanks - I have read the how-to sticky. I realize everybody's settings will be different. I'm hoping for someone with the same mobo-cpu combo just to get an idea of what/where to start with - b/c I can't get stable higher than 366 x 8 - which seems very low.
