Question Blackscreen while on computer

Hey, from the start og reciving my pc its been getting these consistent freezes. While gaming or watching youtube the pc freezes, often including a short backscreen, then it sounds like a fan start to boost. After a few seconds the black screen dissapears, but the game is shutdown.
Any solutions to this, not a pc guy myself, so dont really know how to troubleshoot.

How old is your SSD and HDD?
Have you checked their health with CrystalDiskInfo?
