Question Blackshark v2x mic not working with realtek driver ?

My razer blackshark v2x mic doesn't work with realtek driver.my motherboard is gigabyte z390 ud with chipset alc887.i installed latest audio driver from gigabyte's website..mic is detected in audio console but no sound.headphones are working perfectly ,only mic has problem.tried every setting but all in vain.only solution for the mic to work is to change realtek driver to windows inbuilt hd audio manager.
Anybody help me,i want to use realtek 7.1 surround and equalizer.
