Hi, im not quite sure what is wrong with my computer... recently built a new pc for a friend using all second hand part, here are the specs:
intel i5 3470 processor
gtx 960 4gb graphics card
8gb ddr3 ram in two sticks
500gb western digital hard drive
its very budget i know...
i tried downloading/booting from a usb with the windows media tool on it. im sure i did everything right. however when i tried to boot it came up with this...

after extensive efforts to try and fix the issue, i gave up and opted to install it directly onto the 500gb western digital hard drive. i followed this youtube video exactly:

the boot priority was set to the hard drive in bios, but as i attempted to boot this screen appeared:

i cant escape/skip it and i cant wait it out... any ideas? thanks.
