Blank Blue Screen after installing AMD drivers

Hello, I'm having a very frustrating issue with my drivers.

Whenever I start up my PC, I get a blank blue screen with no cursor. This started happening after I installed the newest AMD driver for my graphics card and OS. The same issue happens with my older driver settings that I used before this issue occured.

I run Windows 7 64-Bit with a Radeon R9 270. I don't think it's dying as I bought it last year, in august. And it wasn't used before.

Please respond ASAP!

EDIT: I'm using a clean install of Windows 7. All updates have been downloaded.

Can you start your computer in safe mode ? If yes, then try uninstalling the driver nd try starting it. Also, does a BSOD appears anywhere with any hardware error ?
