Blank Blue Screen error i think??

Hi, I have ASUS K46CB with windows 10. Whenever I switch on, there's this blank blue screen with flickerings or I don't know what those are. There's no error message just flickerings. Plese help.

do you see the bios screen or just a blue screen right away? hold delete key in before starting laptop, and power it up while holding key in, does that do anything different?

nope. Just a black screen with flickerings.. And after a couple of tries, i.e, holding down power button and some works, the laptop doesnt even power on. The power button light just flash and just that, nothing happens..
